Parents should inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or emergency medications.
Emergency medications (such as EpiPens or inhalers) should remain immediately accessible to the parent or responsible adult unless otherwise arranged.
Weather & Emergencies
Outdoor events may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions.
Families will be notified as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
Respect for Host Locations
Many Versara experiences are hosted by community partners.
Families are expected to:
Follow all venue rules.
Respect staff and volunteers.
Leave facilities clean.
Avoid entering restricted areas.
Help preserve positive relationships with our community partners.
Dismissal From an Event
Versara Learning Collective reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the learning experience.
Depending on the circumstances, future participation may also be affected.
